Georgia Medicaid Revalidation Process Extended to December 31, 2023

The Georgia Medicaid program under the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) has updated their list of locations requiring revalidation and have extended the deadline to December 31, 2023.  Active locations on this list must be revalidated before the deadline or they will not be paid for services rendered after this date.

Listings of locations due for revalidation are posted on the Medicaid Web Portal, GAMMIS. Under the tab Provider Information, select Reports for Public Access and then select Provider Revalidation Past Due by Provider Type to view the complete list. if you find an active location for you on the list you must log in to your provider profile to complete revalidation. Once this process is completed, continue to monitor the status of your revalidation to be sure no errors were made during the process.
